Cadets with ill-fitting uniform parts may submit an exchange request for a better size through the Dashboard. To do this, click the "Exchange" button located at the bottom of the dashboard under the "Supply" section.
Important Information:
- Pick-up Location: All exchanged must be picked up from the Squadron Office on a designated Supply Night.
- Availability: If the requested parts are not in stock, you will be notified. You will receive a second notification once your order is ready for pick-up.
- Condition: Please ensure all uniforms being returned are clean and have been washed.

Supply Night Schedule:
The first Supply Night will be held on Thursday, 11 September. Subsequent nights will be held on the following Thursdays:
- 25 September 2025
- 23 October 2025
- 20 November 2025
- 11 December 2025
Time: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Walk-Ins: Cadets may drop by during Supply Hours without a prior request. However, please be advised that walk-in exchanges are subject to available inventory and cannot be guaranteed.
We encourage you to use the online system to ensure the best chance of availability.
