351 will conduct the cadet fitness assessment for all levels on 16 & 23 Nov 17. Cadets are to participate in at least one fitness assessment each year.
Levels 1 & 2: Thu 16 Nov
Levels 3 & 4: Thu 23 Nov
Level 5: as assigned
Dress: Appropriate civilian indoor sports attire and running shoes with non-marking soles. No uniform required
Dress for cadets not participating: C-3
