Norfolk/ Washington March Break Trip Informational Meeting

Where: Cafeteria Milliken Mills Public School
When: Thursday March 10th at 2130 HRS (after closing)
Who: Cadets and Parents

Items to be discussed:
1. Confirmation of kit list and packing requirements
2. Schedule update (departure time / return time)
3. Cadet dietary requirements
4. Passport & health card - reminder cadets with US Visa's must bring US $'s for border
5. Spending money and electronics
6. Squadron contact info while on the trip
7. Questions

Updated 7 Mar:
- Please note that daylight saving time starts Sun 13 Mar. Clocks adjust forward by 1 hour.

Updated 5 Mar:
- Updated kit list to include bathing suit. Showers are open-type.
- Bring your uniform in a labelled suit bag on a hanger / boots in boxes as they will be stored with 50 other sets in luggage compartment. Do NOT pack in suit case.
- Ensure hair and facial hair is up to standard. Failure to do so will result in cadet being denied boarding the bus.

- Parents: On Sun 13 Mar, please avoid parking at 1 Laidlaw to make room for the coach bus. Dealerships next to us are closed on Sun and will have ample spaces.
- Check this space Fri 18 Mar morning for update on est. arrival time. Traffic conditions & border clearance time can affect timings. Please ensure prompt pick up.

351 will head over to Norfolk, VA and Washington, DC, USA for the March Break trip.
