Marksmanship Team Tryout

There will be a prone position clinic held on Mon 21 Dec; and a standing position clinic on Tue 22 Dec. Tryout will be held on Wed 23 Dec. Location is 1 Laidlaw Blvd and time 1830 - 2130.

Cadets must have participated at least 1 marksmanship day in order to participate. These clinics aim to refine marksmanship skills beyond the basics.

The tryout will consist of 1 prone relay and 1 standing relay. Team selection (7 members; including 2 spares) will be based primarily on tryout score and age category. Members must be available to train with the team during Jan-Apr (Wed nights; occasional weekends); and be able to participate in competitions on Sat 9 Jan, zone shoot in March (usually Sunday), and regional shoot 8-10 Apr.

Practices for team members are available during the holiday break to prepare for 9 Jan.
